Kinder Arts integrates visual art, drama and music and is for the young child to attend independently. With the child's developmental stages in mind, the classes focus on creative self-expression, sensory awareness, problem solving, social interaction, refining motor skills and enhancing each child's imagination. Through the many creative exercises and projects, the child's own choices and ideas are validated, enhancing his or her confidence and self-esteem.

Each year, children are exposed to new materials, techniques and challenging creative exercises. Nursery, JK and SK students explore a different theme each week from literature, science, social studies or the environment. Each child's imagination is enhanced through:

• individual art projects
• collaborative art pieces
• cooperative drama exercises
• improvisation and role-playing
• voice and movement exercises
• musical activities

Small class sizes, with two qualified teachers per class, ensure high quality instruction and plenty of individual attention.

Kinder Arts Policies

A full-year commitment to the Kinder Arts programs is expected. Tuition is GST exempt. Please familiarize yourself with our school policies, important dates, registration information and refund policies. Registrations are accepted at any time, space permitting. Tuition will be pro-rated accordingly. Children need to be within the specified age range. A copy of the child's birth certificate must accompany the registration form to be processed. Prices include all materials and applicable taxes.

Installment Plan Available for Kinder Arts Programs

• 1st Payment (50%) At the time of registration
• 2nd Payment (25%) Monday, November 5, 2007
• 3rd Payment (25%) Monday, December 10, 2007
