Mini-Courses

Prices include applicable taxes and materials, unless "Materials List Provided" or "download PDF materials list" is indicated. Material lists will be available here in PDF format at least 2 weeks prior to the start of class. A PDF viewer like Adobe Reader is required. The School reserves the right to cancel any class with insufficient enrollment up to one week prior to the published start date; we are not responsible for purchased art supplies.

How to Register

  • By fax, mail, in person or on-line.
  • Students reserving a space by phone or e-mail must still complete a registration form and send it to the school with payment within 5 days to ensure a spot in the class. Spaces will not be held if payment
    is not received.
  • Registration forms are processed, as space permits, on a first-come, first-served basis.

Method of Payment

  • Cash, Cheque, Debit, Visa, Mastercard.
  • Cheques are payable to Avenue Road Arts School.
  • Prices include all applicable taxes, model fees (where applicable) and materials, unless "material list provided" is indicated.

Refund & Cancellation Policies

  • If a course is cancelled due to low enrollment, registrants will be given a notice of 5 business days, and refunds will be issued one week later.
  • Registrants may cancel from a program prior to the commencement of the first class of the session. A non-transferable $20.00 administration fee per session will be charged.
  • Participants cancelling after the first class of the session will be charged for that class plus the non-transferable $20.00 administration fee per session. Notice of cancellation must be given to the School's office in writing or online. As of the second class of the session, no refunds, credits, session transfers or student transfers will be allowed. Only requests accompanied by a medical certificate from the family physician will be considered.
  • A withdrawal form or transfer form must be filled out online or at the school office for all cancellations, session transfers, and/or refunds. Absence from class does not constitute notice of cancellation.

General Policies

  • Absolutely NO NUT products are permitted on the premises.
  • Schedules and/or instructors are subject to change.
