HST

Applicable HST (13%) will be added to all classes.

Discounts

Students who register in the fall for a minimum of one class in each of the fall, winter & spring terms will be entitled to a 5% discount off one winter & one spring class. Family discounts are also available. Get the details.

Payment Plans

Payment plans can be arranged for those registering for more than one term or for those registering more than one family member in one term. Come and enjoy the highly tactile medium of clay! In this hands-on studio program, young artists will develop and refine a variety of hand-building techniques: pinching, coiling, slab construction and modeling. Students will learn surface decoration techniques as well, working with underglazes, and low-fire glazes. Past projects have included colour wheel clocks, bobble head self-portraits, skeleton mobiles, gargoyles and grotesques, dinosaurs, clay masks, portrait vessels, personal tiles and imaginative houses. While the focus is on hand-building techniques, students also get to try throwing on a potter's wheel.
