The Preschool Arts Programs provide children with a solid foundation for future creative and academic challenges, while offering a safe and nurturing environment where children's curiosities and imaginations are celebrated. Age-appropriate art projects and drama and musical activities help preschoolers learn skills and build self-confidence, while supporting their successful transitions into formal school environments.
Independent learning, as well as group activities help to encourage and develop each child's self-awareness, self-esteem, problem solving abilities, social interaction, and fine motor skills. Programs also provide an approach that encourages preschoolers to use their unique voices and ideas to communicate and broaden their understanding of the world around them.
Through theme-based learning, children are exposed to engaging themes from science, the environment, history, and literature, while developing their artistic skills through art, drama, or music. Small class sizes with two teachers per class ensure the best environment for your child.

Young artists will be introduced to exciting themes through art and drama lessons, while they create projects that will be worn, used and interacted with to develop imaginative and unique stories and characters. Students will be exposed to a variety of art materials, which will then be incorporated into storytelling, drama and creative movement.

This integrated arts curriculum of visual art, drama, creative movement and music allows children ages 3 to 5 years old to bloom and discover the uniqueness within themselves. Lessons will compliment and enhance their formal kindergarten program and each child will be able to flourish at their own pace and level. Presented with different themes from literature, science, social studies, history and the environment, children will develop an understanding of the world around them while experiencing a truly unique learning environment that is teacher led and student inspired. Each child's contribution to the class, along with the challenging projects and interactive activities, allow the child to experience a sense of accomplishment and the ground work is set for developing perseverance and problem-solving skills. Students will begin to understand performance and physical communication through drama and music and will be exposed to drawing, painting, collage, sculpture and assemblage. A variety of materials are incorporated to create dynamic and individual pieces. You will see your child's self-esteem and confidence grow, and self-expression, sensory awareness, social interaction, and a rich creative language will be developed.
