We don't always have the chance to show off our art work. Most of the time our parents are the only ones to see the artistic creations which we work so hard at making.

We display our art work on the refrigerator, in our bedroom or our basement wall and sometimes the art doesn't ever get seen.

Recently the students at the Avenue Road Arts School got to show off their art work for lots of people to see. The show, Walking in the Shoes of the Masters: Children Look at Art Through Time, opened this past September and was a huge success.

Look at what some of the young creators are saying about seeing their work in the exhibit:

"It made me feel happy to see my art in the show. I felt like I was a real artist. I liked the artwork that I did and I liked the juice at the show."
