How to Register
- By fax, mail, in person or on-line.
- Students reserving a space by phone or e-mail must still
complete a registration form and send it to the school with
payment within 5 days to ensure a spot in the class. Spaces
will not be held if payment is not received.
- Registration forms are processed, as space permits, on a
first-come, first-served basis.
Method of Payment
- Cash, Cheque, Debit, Visa, Mastercard.
- Cheques are payable to Avenue Road Arts School.
- Those registering on-line must provide payment by credit
card.
- KIDS: Prices include all materials and applicable
taxes.
- ADULTS: Prices include all applicable taxes, model fees
(where applicable) and materials, unless “material list
provided” is
indicated.
Refund & Cancellation Policies
Treasure Island Arts Camp (JK-Gr.
4)
- A non-refundable deposit of $100.00 per camper will be due
upon registration. Those paying by cheque must provide a post-dated
cheque for the balance. The balance is due on June 1, 2008.
- Refunds (less the non-refundable, non-transferable deposit)
will be issued for cancellations made prior to June 1, 2008.
As of June 2, 2008 there are no refunds or credits. Session
transfers are subject to a $20.00 fee after June 2, 2008.
Toddlers, Kids (Gr. 3-12), Adults
(15+)
- As of the first class there will be no refunds, transfers
or credits issued.
- Registrants may cancel, without penalty, up until 10 days
before the first class, after which a non-transferable, non-refundable
$30.00 administration fee will be charged, and a $10.00 fee
will apply to any class transfers.
- If a course is cancelled
due to low enrollment, registrants will be given one week’s
notice, and refunds will be issued.
General Policies
- We do not offer before/after class care.
- Absolutely NO NUT products are permitted on the premises.
- Schedules and/or instructors are subject to change.
