Registration will be limited to 8 students for adult classes and 10 students for kids’ classes. We will need a minimum number for the class to run. If a class is cancelled due to low enrolment, registrants will be given a full refund or credit to remain on file for future use.

Students must submit a registration form and payment online to complete enrollment in a virtual program. Registration forms are processed on a first-come, first-served basis. Use the Register button below the class description to access our secure online registration form. Unfortunately, we cannot hold a spot in the class without a registration form or payment. Registrations cannot be taken by phone or by email at the present time.

All successful registrants (registration form and payment have been received) will receive a confirmation of enrollment/receipt via email.

If you were previously registered for a spring class at the Avenue Road Arts School and had already paid your tuition, you may use a portion of that tuition to pay for your virtual spring class. The remainder of the paid tuition, will be kept on credit for future use or to apply to another virtual class. Please note that online registrations do not happen in real time and are processed manually by an administrator. This individual will apply credits or payments to your online registration and send you confirmation once your form has been processed in the system.

Fees are paid online and in full upon registration. Fees listed are per student (not per household). Fees quoted do not include any materials. A material list is provided for each class and you will be responsible for securing your own materials. HST will be added to all fees.

All payments must be processed online. Our accepted payment methods are VISA or Mastercard.

If a class is full, you may choose to be placed on a wait list. Use the Waitlist button (it replaces the registration button) below the class description to access our secure online registration form. If a space becomes available, students will be called in the order in which they appear on the waitlist.

Registrants may cancel from an online program, without penalty, up until the day before the second class (at this point, the one class will be charged, and the remainder of the tuition will be refunded, or a credit will be applied for future registrations). Any cancellations requested on the day of the second class or after the second class, are not eligible to receive any credits or refunds.

Requests must be submitted with our form online. Any approved refunds will take up to 5-10 business days to be processed. Absence from class does not constitute notice of cancellation.

  • Multiple Term Registrations: Receive a 5% discount on the second term.
  • Register more than one person from the same household and receive a 5% discount off the second registration.

Only one discount can be applied to any one registration. Please note that discounts for virtual classes cannot be combined with other offers.
