HOW WILL I ACCESS MY CLASS?
Upon registration, you will be sent the Class Meeting ID and the Password needed to gain access to the class. This information will be sent the day before your class is scheduled to start as a security feature. The same meeting ID will be used for the duration of the term, unless otherwise indicated.
WHO WILL BE PRESENT IN MY VIRTUAL CLASS?
Only registered students will have access to your Virtual Art Class. The teacher will be present at all classes, as well as an Avenue Road Arts School administrator. The personal approach is important to us so the administrator will be there at the beginning and end of every class to help trouble shoot and make sure the class is running smoothly and the teacher and participants can all see and hear the lesson well.

We may ask that you photograph your work and email a copy to us for use on our website or other marketing materials.
Please Note: Artwork used in the School’s promotional materials including brochures, articles, social media, website, etc. may not credit the artist.
