Strogatz Prize Awarded to ARAS Teen

Congrats to the amazing Yvonne Hong!

One of our wonderful teen students, Yvonne Hong, is one of eight winners of the National Museum for Mathematics Strogatz Prize 2020 for Math Communication with her visual art piece.

We're so proud of Yvonne and her award-winning art work that explores the universality of math. Please check out her interview with CityTv's Breakfast Television below and on City News.

Yvonne has taken many classes with the Avenue Road Arts School and she was also recently featured in the Youth Arts Program Exhibit at the Legislative Assembly of Ontario.
