Impressionist Watercolour Painting

with Sadko Hadzihasanovic

The medium of watercolour has changed over the last few years and can be used in a more spontaneous way to create beautiful works of art. In this class, students will be inspired by the painting styles of Monet, Cezanne, Sisley and others, to create watercolour paintings that echo the great masters’ approaches. Using both traditional and experimental watercolour techniques, and working from images, students will paint their own impressionistic landscapes, still life, florals, gardens and café settings.
